The ATA Enneagram is a model of nine distinct personality styles, nine aspects of each one of us, and nine competencies for how we engage with the world — especially as leaders. This foundation program provides a deep understanding of the types, instinctual biases, and subtypes and how to use that understanding to support growth in your clients and organizations. Completion of Level 1 is required for Levels 2 and 3.
