The Awareness to Action Podcast Network
Serious Enneagram; serious fun.
The Enneagram is a powerful tool for understanding human behavior —if we use it well. Too often, the Enneagram is treated as a personality quiz, a parlor trick, or something vaguely mystical. We think it deserves better than that.
The Awareness to Action Podcast Network is three independent podcasts united by a shared commitment: to explore the Enneagram with intellectual honesty, practical application, and genuine enjoyment. Each show approaches the ATA Enneagram from a different angle — applied practice, film and storytelling, and the clear-thinking skills that underpin good self-development work — but all three share the same foundation: the ATA approach, grounded in first principles, driven by evidence and observation, and held with the intellectual humility that any serious discipline requires.
Whether you are a coach looking to deepen your practice, a leader trying to understand the patterns that drive your team, or simply someone who finds the Enneagram genuinely useful and wants to engage with it at a higher level, this network is for you. We take the work seriously. We don’t take ourselves too seriously. And we think those two things go together better than most people assume.
Our Shows
The ATA Enneagram Podcast
Hosts: Mario Sikora, MarĂa JosĂ© Munita, and Seth “Creek” Creekmore
The ATA Enneagram Podcast is where the Awareness to Action approach meets real-world application. Mario, MarĂa JosĂ©, and Creek discuss applied ATA Enneagram — how the nine strategies and the instinctual biases show up in leadership, coaching, career development, and everyday life. Episodes focus on practical application rather than abstract theory: how to use the Enneagram as a tool for genuine change, not just a system for categorizing people.
Topics range from coaching with the ATA process, to understanding how the instinctual biases shape our values and priorities, to working with the Enneagram in organizational settings to how to use the ATA Enneagram in our personal lives and efforts to grow as human beings. The conversation is substantive, grounded in decades of combined experience, and occasionally features the kind of candid disagreement that only happens when people trust each other enough to think out loud.

The Enneagram in a Movie Podcast
Hosts: Mario Sikora, TJ Dawe, and TJ Ingrassia
The Enneagram in a Movie Podcast uses film and television characters as a lens for understanding the Enneagram in action. Mario, TJ Dawe, and TJ Ingrassia analyze characters through the ATA framework — not as a guessing game about type, but as a way of showing how the Enneagram strategies and instinctual biases play out in recognizable, concrete behavior.
Film gives us something that abstract descriptions of types never can: the ability to watch a pattern unfold in real time, in a specific person facing a specific situation. The result is Enneagram education that is accessible, entertaining, and surprisingly deep. Episodes cover everything from prestige drama to action films to the kind of quiet character study that reveals more about human nature than any textbook.

Thinking Well and Why
Hosts: Mario Sikora, Lee Fields, and Seth Creekmore
Coming in May.
Thinking Well and Why is a podcast about the clear-thinking skills that make self-development work actually work. Mario, Lee, and Seth explore the cognitive biases, personality filters, and thinking traps that get in the way of seeing ourselves and others clearly — and the practical tools for overcoming them.
Season 1 focuses on the Enneagram as a case study. The same cognitive biases that affect every area of human life — confirmation bias, cognitive dissonance, motivated reasoning, tribalism — show up with particular intensity in how we type ourselves, coach others, and practice the Enneagram. Each episode covers one clear-thinking concept, explains it in accessible terms, and then shows how it applies to Enneagram practice.
This show exists because we believe the Enneagram community can raise its intellectual standards — not by abandoning what makes the Enneagram valuable, but by bringing better thinking to how we use it. If you have ever wished the Enneagram were taken more seriously in professional settings, this podcast is for you.
